Earlier this year I published an op-ed on just how critical it is to not just elect women, but to support them when they are in office!

It’s been incredible in the past decade to see the wave of female leadership at every level. We are electing women like never before!

But it is important that as we increase female representation, we ensure we change the systems to actually welcome and elevate female experiences.

We need to lift up other women, leverage our social networks, provide childcare for mothers, and support each other every step of the way.
