Team,

Reproductive rights remain in jeopardy all over the country – including right here in Mississippi. Before reading on, chip in any amount to help us fight back against these attacks on our rights: [link removed]

A federal judge just ruled that Mississippi employers aren’t required to comply with portions of the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act that pertain to abortion care. This means that working Mississippians seeking abortions have to deal with additional barriers in an already hostile environment toward reproductive health.

On top of that, both of Mississippi’s current U.S. Senators signed on to Marco Rubio’s resolution to celebrate (!) the overturning of Roe v. Wade. Even radical Republicans like Rick Scott didn’t sign on to this bill that attempts to paint a devastating blow to our reproductive rights as some sort of victory.

We need comprehensive, federal legislation that protects reproductive care – including abortion, IVF treatment, and contraception – no matter your zip code. Our opponent continues to attack our most basic rights, and Ty is running to defeat him and fight for everyday people over partisan ideology.

Reproductive freedom is on the ballot this year. Help us defeat an anti-choice incumbent and elect Ty as a fighter for our rights by chipping in $25, $50, or any other amount now: [link removed]

We’re working every day to create real change, and we’re grateful to have you standing with us!

The son of a tractor driver, Ty doesn’t come from a wealthy family. He was born and raised in the small town of Rolling Fork, and is a proud son of the Mississippi Delta.

Frustrated by the lack of action from lawmakers on the issues facing people in Mississippi–and believing that the hard-working voters of Mississippi deserve much better–Ty Pinkins decided to run for office: the United States Senate in 2024.
