[[link removed]] WJC Supporter,

Earlier this month, Pope Francis took a monumental step and invited historians
and scholars to access the Vatican’s World War II archives. This is a powerful
demonstration of commitment to learning, to the truth, and to the significance
of Holocaust memory.

To commemorate this historic moment, we are offering a one-day only flash triple match for all gifts made by
midnight tonight.

Included in these archives is a detailed memorandum sent by the WJC
representative in Geneva, Dr. Gerhart Riegner, on March 17, 1942 describing
evidence of the Nazis’ brutal plan to exterminate the Jewish people. Up until
this time, we never knew what happened to Riegner’s memorandum after the papal
representative in Switzerland, Msgr. Filippe Bernardini, requested it.

But we do know what happened to the six million Jews murdered during the
Holocaust.

WJC Supporter, please join us in marking this long-awaited
moment in history by making a gift to the World Jewish Congress, American
Section, which supports all the WJC’s vital work to safeguard global Jewry. If
you act today, your gift will be matched $2-for-$1, TRIPLING the impact of your
support.

The WJC of today was born out of the ashes of WWII. Every day our work honors
the legacy of Dr. Gerhart M. Riegner, who tried valiantly to sound the alarm
about the threats facing European Jewry and to marshal forces to come to their
aid, including the Vatican.

While we cannot change Riegner’s painful experiences, we can continue to write a
new chapter in the Jewish future with an unshakable dedication to protecting our
global community.

The opening of the archives represents a pivotal moment in the history of
Catholic-Jewish relations and our ongoing interfaith dialogue. We hope you will
join us in marking this powerful moment.

WJC Supporter, please make a tax-deductible gift today to
the World Jewish Congress, American Section, to ensure that the WJC will have
the necessary resources to safeguard the Jewish people everywhere. When you give
before midnight, your support will be TRIPLE MATCHED!

Thank you, as always, for your shared belief that “all Jews are responsible for
one another.”

WJC

P.S. Thanks to you, when the WJC speaks, the world listens. Help us keep
fighting for the safety and security of global Jewry — donate now when your gift will have TRIPLE the giving power.
