Hey John, this is Lexi, Adam’s daughter!

My dad has a big day coming up (and this time, I’m not talking about a campaign fundraising deadline — though those are important too!).

My dad’s birthday is on Saturday!

His campaign team and I put together a digital card to collect signatures from his most loyal grassroots supporters, and it would mean a lot if you could sign today.

As you can probably imagine, my dad is a pretty busy guy.

Between his work in the House, service on the House Judiciary Committee, meeting with Californians as he runs for Senate, and going on the news to talk about his work holding Donald Trump accountable for his bad behavior — that’s a lot of hard work!

But he loves it, John. Nothing means more to my dad than making a real difference in people’s lives, whether that’s fighting to secure affordable healthcare, increasing funding for housing, or protecting our rights and freedoms.

I admire my dad’s work ethic and deep commitment to our democracy — but as his daughter, it’s also my job to make sure he kicks back and relaxes a little bit on his birthday!
