Purpose: The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) is proposing improvements to Loop 250 between Fairgrounds Road and County Road (CR) 1150 (Elkins Road), in Midland County, Texas. The proposed project would consist of constructing main lanes between Fairgrounds Road and CR 1150 and an overpass at the intersection of Todd Drive. The improvements would also include an at-grade intersection under the overpass at Todd Drive, along with turnaround lanes.
