It all started when we got word that Kari Lake was going up with attack ads across Arizona.

Then we learned that the NRSC was working with her to build a huge, $10 million advertising campaign aimed at tearing Ruben down with lies, smears, and misinformation.

Over the last few weeks more attacks have come in — including another $500,000 more in attack ads from a dark money group.

And then, Trump himself came to Arizona. He stood on a stage and attacked Ruben personally. It’s a signal to the entire MAGA-right that they need to funnel their attention and donations to this campaign, because Trump knows he MUST win in Arizona if he has any chance at taking back the White House.

But this goes both ways.

If we want to hold the Senate and if we want to stop Trump from becoming president we have to stay focused on Arizona. We have to defeat Kari Lake, Trump’s most loyal footsoldier. We have to stand up to the relentless onslaught that the MAGA-right and Trump are sending Ruben’s way.
