In the midst of a busy month on Capitol Hill, I'm dedicated to tackling the critical issues that impact you.
However, before sharing an update on recent legislative efforts, I must address a deeply disturbing incident unfolding.
A distressing news story recently surfaced - A migrant from NYC has been charged in the assault of a 13-year-old girl at Kissena Park ([link removed]) . This abhorrent crime is reprehensible and yet another tragic result of Biden's open border policies. I will continue to do everything in my power to fight for a secure border, protect our communities, and prevent future tragedies.
Recently, local leaders, including myself, have united in protest against the proposed closure of Exit 114 on Route 17. This exit is a vital access point for residents, emergency services, and businesses in our area. The closure would not only inconvenience thousands of daily commuters but also potentially hinder emergency response times, putting lives at risk.
I am committed to advocating for practical solutions that serve the best interests of our community.

I am advocating for a House field hearing on Governor Hochul’s decision to pause New York City’s congestion pricing plan.
This politically motivated delay not only creates a billion-dollar budget gap but also raises questions about the use of federal funds in the project. We must ensure transparency and accountability, especially when taxpayer dollars are involved.

I was proud to be the first Republican to back the Right to Contraception Act.
This bill is crucial and common sense in ensuring that everyone has access to contraception.
Just as I stood up for IVF ([link removed]) , I will continue to fight for this key piece of legislation.

Wondering how you can help win reelection? Chip in $5, $10, or $15 to my campaign today. Every dollar matters. ([link removed])
I am thrilled to announce that I have secured $5 million for critical infrastructure improvements on Henry Street in Binghamton.
This significant investment will not only enhance the safety and functionality of our streets but also boost the economic vitality of our community.
The planned upgrades include resurfacing the road, improving drainage systems, updating street lighting, and enhancing pedestrian and bicycle accessibility.
These improvements are a testament to our commitment to revitalizing our local infrastructure and ensuring that Binghamton remains a vibrant and thriving place to live and work. I want to thank everyone involved for their dedication and hard work in making this project a reality.
