State Capitol Mural Dedication
WHO: Gov. Jim Justice, First Lady Justice, Department of Arts, Culture and History Secretary Randall Reid-Smith, state and local officials.
WHAT: Gov. Justice and First Lady Justice will participate in a dedication ceremony for the four newly installed murals in the Capitol rotunda. These murals depict and celebrate our state's rich history.

Culture Center Reception
WHO: Gov. Jim Justice, First Lady Justice, Department of Arts, Culture and History Secretary Randall Reid-Smith, state and local officials.
WHAT: Gov. Justice and First Lady Justice will host a reception at the West Virginia Culture Center, featuring the West Virginia Cake, a giant birthday card for guests to sign, the winning recipe from the First Lady’s Hot Dog Sauce Contest, and other special activities to commemorate the day.

Arthur I. Boreman Statue Dedication
WHO: Gov. Jim Justice, First Lady Justice, Department of Arts, Culture and History Secretary Randall Reid-Smith, state and local officials.
WHAT: Gov. Justice and First Lady Justice will participate in a dedication ceremony for the unveiling of a statue honoring the first chief executive of West Virginia, Governor Arthur I. Boreman at Independence Hall.
