| JOHN – I’m sure you’re sick of hearing from me by now. I’ve emailed you TWICE! And texted you THREE TIMES! There’s a good reason though… as you know, I was born to illiterate working-class parents in China just before the dawn of Mao's Cultural Revolution, I fled Communist China to become an American citizen, and now, I'm running for Congress because I fear the country I love is becoming like the country I left. However, before I fled Communist China, I studied law in Shanghai. I did it because though I had not yet read the inspired words in The Declaration of Independence, I already had a stirring in my heart for freedom. I wanted to transform China from a society ruled by men to a society ruled by law. However, I quickly became disheartened when I was taught law based not on justice, but on the Soviet Union’s legal model where the law is “… a tool the governing class uses to rule the masses.” I see it all happening again. Socialist Democrats are pulling the levers of culture and government not to provide justice – but to reshape our society! Please don’t ignore me. I want to ensure you're okay, and I want to secure your support because it’s the only way we can prevent the woke liberal elite from plunging the America we know and love any further down the dark path of Socialism and trample on our God-given rights. I have a significant deadline around the corner, and I cannot afford to miss my end-of-month fundraising goal! Our mission to defend our freedoms and rights is under attack and at the risk of FAILING. I’m humbly begging you to send your support RIGHT NOW - not tomorrow, not next week, NOW!
