American life, John. Mail
carriers serve every address in the United States -- through rain, sleet,
hail, and yes, even a pandemic.

But the coronavirus has hit the US Postal Service hard -- and President
Donald Trump is refusing to help. Without direct, immediate action by our
government, USPS could collapse.

Right now, we’re more dependent on the US Postal Service than ever for
essential medicine, supplies, and ensuring every single American can
exercise their constitutional right to vote with mail-in ballots.

The Postal Service's budget issues are due to a ridiculous requirement
that Congress & the Bush Administration imposed on the USPS to fund their
retirees’ health care 75 years in advance.

Congress could fix this problem easily and provide additional emergency
funding for the USPS in the next coronavirus recovery package.

If Congress does not act, the US Postal Service would be at risk of
collapse -- threatening the ability of millions of Americans to safely
receive essential goods and exercise their constitutional right to vote at
