john,

House Republicans are at it again — this time, they’re using military funding to push their radical anti-abortion agenda. In their latest bill, the GOP has snuck in a provision that would “prohibit the Secretary of Defense from paying for or reimbursing expenses related to abortion services,” undoing a crucial policy that the Biden administration put in place in 2022.

This is a blatant attempt to strip women of their reproductive care and impose their anti-women agenda on all of us. The GOP continues to break its own promise to leave abortion rights up to the states, using federal power to once again undermine women’s healthcare.

Enough is enough. We cannot let the GOP get away with this. We need to take back the House in November to stop these attacks on women's rights. And it starts with protecting Kim’s seat right here in WA-08.

While abortions happen for various reasons, any choice made should always remain between a woman and her doctor. PERIOD. Will you chip in to help us keep WA-08 blue and elect a pro-choice House majority?

Thank you,

Rep. Kim Schrier is a doctor, scientist, and mom, fighting for Washington's 8th District in Congress. This is one of the most competitive districts in the country, so we need your help to keep Kim in Congress. Chip in now to help protect Kim's seat this November and take back the House.
