This email is a little longer than usual, but it’s important, so we hope you’ll read it to the end. It highlights three of our endorsed candidates who will champion climate action in Congress.
If you don’t need to read any further, you can go ahead and split a donation between our team and each of their campaigns here before the campaigns’ FEC filing deadline on June 30th: [[link removed]]

John, we're nearly 4 months out from the most pivotal election for climate action in HISTORY, and we need your support now more than ever. The outcome of this election could determine whether or not we gain enough power to loosen the fossil fuel giants' chokehold on our government.
That means we need as many climate champions in Congress as possible to take on these powerful interests. Each of our endorsed federal candidates have proven their dedication and leadership on combatting the climate crisis throughout their political careers.
They began as city council members and state legislators, fighting for their local communities before stepping onto the national stage. This foundational experience makes them uniquely equipped to tackle the climate crisis head-on in Congress!
1. Greg Casar, TX-35
Remember Winter Storm Uri? When millions of Texans lost access to electricity, water, and other basic services, Greg Casar saw it as a wake-up call. He’s now championing the Connect the Grid Act to connect Texas's electric grid to the surrounding national grids. Greg isn't waiting for the next crisis; he’s acting now. As a co-sponsor of the Green New Deal, Greg is fighting to end fossil fuel subsidies and push for sustainable solutions. We need his bold leadership in Congress to drive the transition to clean energy.
2. Laura Friedman, CA-30
Laura Friedman is a relentless advocate for our environment. From her days on the Glendale City Council to her tenure in the California State Assembly, she has led measures to ban harmful PFAS chemicals and preserve public lands. Laura's victory in a crowded primary field sends a powerful message: The fossil fuel industry's days of escaping accountability are numbered. Laura is ready to bring her tenacity and vision for a green future to Washington.
3. Summer Lee, PA-12
Summer Lee is a true climate champion. She won a primary where Pennsylvania’s richest Republican and the #1 Republican donor in the entire country, Jeff Yass, spent a WHOPPING $800,000 on deceptive campaign ads against her and lost anyway. Summer is pushing for a clean energy future and holding corporate polluters accountable. We need to rally behind her and show that our movement is stronger than their money.
Here’s the bottom line: Our climate champions need your support to fight back and win their critical races.
Your donation today will be divided among these three campaigns and the Jane Fonda Climate PAC.
