The current pandemic has highlighted the importance of making sure all Americans can exercise their right to vote.

Pennsylvania, among other states, has the option to vote by mail. But voting by mail should be an option for every American citizen.

Last year, Susan worked with her colleagues in the House of Representatives to pass a major government reform package, H.R. 1, that would expand voting by mail and other voting rights measures. Part of that comprehensive reform package included Susan's bill to mandate two-week early voting in all federal elections. However, Mitch McConnell has still refused to bring H.R. 1 up for a Senate vote.

Voting is a right for all Americans. But not everyone is able to easily travel to their polling place. Voting by mail makes voting more accessible and improves our democracy.
