Deputy Chief Administrative Officer
Hiring Update





Please join us in welcoming OAH's new Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, *Heidi Henry.*

Ms. Henry has extensive experience in state government focused on leadership, finance, audit and internal controls, and project management.

Currently, she serves as Director of the Minnesota Department of Transportation (MNDOT)'s Office of Audit. She manages all office operations, budget, physical and system resources, and staff. She is also responsible for supervising and coaching staff to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace. Prior to her current role, she served as Operating Budget Director and as Agency Grant Supervisor at MNDOT. She also previously served as Internal Control Specialist at the Minnesota Management and Budget.

Ms. Henry earned Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Communication Studies from the College of St. Catherine.

Outside of the office, Ms. Henry enjoys gardening, biking, and spending time outdoors with friends and family. 

Ms. Henry will begin her new role on July 8, 2024. She will be based at our St. Paul office. 



The Deputy Chief Administrative Officer role

The Deputy Chief Administrative Officer provides executive-level leadership for all administrative staff and services at OAH. The Deputy Chief Administrative Officer is OAH’s highest-level classified manager and serves as a member of OAH’s senior leadership team with the Chief Administrative Law Judge and Deputy Chief Judge. This position is equivalent to the “Court Administrator” position in the judicial branch.
