The Nebraska Department of Revenue, Property Assessment Division, has posted a news release to the website entitled Valuation Protest Deadline on or before June 30, 2024. For tax year 2024, June 30th is on a Sunday, which allows for protests to be filed in person or postmarked on Monday, July 1, 2024.
Protests must be filed with the county clerk where the property is located.
