It's no secret that AIPAC is coming after our progressive movement with a vengeance this election cycle, but in recent weeks they've stepped up their attacks against Jamaal Bowman in New York's 16th district like we've never seen before.

Their dark-money super PAC has blanketed the airwaves with more than $12 million in attack ads, and with primary day in New York just 7 days away, they're showing no signs of slowing down.

AIPAC and their billionaire allies' attacks on Jamaal are an attack on our entire progressive movement's fight for justice, which is why it's so important we all stand united in this critical moment.

That's why we're asking:

Will you split a $3 contribution — that's $1.5 for each team — between Jamaal Bowman and Ilhan's campaigns today? Every donation will go directly toward keeping two of our movement's leading voices in Congress.

By now, we all know AIPAC and their "United Democracy Project" super PAC's playbook.

Ilhan's seen it before in our own district here in Minnesota. We've seen it in Michigan and Pennsylvania against our allies Rashida Tlaib and Summer Lee, too.

Essentially, any candidate who dares speak out against Israel's right-wing Netanyahu government, against their occupation and apartheid system in Palestine, or in favor of conditioning the U.S.'s billions of dollars in military aid earns a giant target on their back.

AIPAC then rallies their GOP-supporting donors to make massive, undisclosed donations, often to the tune of millions of dollars. In fact, a recent report shows AIPAC is the single biggest source of Republican contributions into Democratic primaries.

They use their unlimited funds to cut vicious, bigoted attack ads and flood the TV markets. They drown out any hope of grassroots, people-powered campaigns like ours getting their message out to the voters. And they hold out hope that with enough spending, they can silence our movement all together, once and for all.

The fact of the matter is that none of us — not Ilhan, not Jamaal, nor any of our progressive allies — are going to be able to out-raise AIPAC. What we can do is out-work, out-mobilize, and out-organize them.

Doing that still takes a considerable amount of resources. Resources that we're raising the right way — together.

So please: Split your $3 contribution — that's $1.5 for each team — between Jamaal Bowman and Ilhan's campaigns today.

Thank you for any support you're able to chip in today.

In solidarity,

Team Ilhan
