Our favorite Feminist Buzzkills Lizz Winstead and Moji Alawode-El have a very special podcast preaking down the whole damn thing with one of our favorite legal nerds, the Law Dork HIMSELF, CHRIS GEIDNER- and you can stream it wherever you pod!

SCOTUS Watch isn’t over though; we’re keeping our eyes peeled for the next huge abortion decision, looking at whether ER doctors can perform abortions in states with total bans. Yikes, this is what it has come to.

MORE GOOD: AMARILLO, TX IS SHUTTING ANTI-ABORTION NONSENSE DOWN
The Amarillo City Council voted against becoming a “Sanctuary City for the Unborn”, which would have forbidden the use of the city’s roads and highways to seek an abortion out of state. It’s a low bar, to be fair, but we’ll take the win.

THE BAD: TENNESSEE WANTS KIDS HAVING KIDS
Once you’ve eliminated all legal abortion access in your state, what’s next? Criminalizing anyone who helps a minor access abortion care EVEN IF IT’S IN ANOTHER STATE! Guaranteed everyone who voted for this was the narc that called the cops on your party in high school. Bet.

THE WHAT THE ACTUAL FUCK: TEXAS TITLE IX
We don’t even have to make a joke with this one: two Texas university professors are suing the Department of Education so that they can punish students who miss class for abortion care! Bold of them to assume any students want to talk to their crusty asses in the first place.
