*LCB Board Action: Medical Cannabis Endorsement Rule Amendments Adopted*

On June 18, 2024, during a meeting rescheduled from June 19, 2024 due to the Juneteenth holiday, the Liquor and Cannabis Board took the following actions:

*Final Rules Adopted – Effective July 19, 2024:*

The Board adopted final rules (CR 103) amending WAC 314-55-080 [ [link removed] ] for medical cannabis endorsement holders, requiring the posting of cannabis consultant available hours and creating an opportunity for medical cannabis endorsement holders to fix rule violations before having endorsements discontinued.
