Fellow activist,
Last week, the Supreme Court unanimously dismissed a case that would limit access to the mifepristone abortion pill, stating, “Under Article III of the Constitution, a plaintiff's desire to make a drug less available for others does not establish standing to sue.” While we are happy that the Supreme Court ruled in favor of mifepristone, this doesn’t make up for the fact that our fundamental rights are under attack.
Recently, the U.S. Senate failed to pass a bill that would protect access to birth control, and the Southern Baptists voted to oppose IVF, which Donald Trump promptly supported, stating he would be with them “side by side” as they fight for their values.
With so much on the line, we must do everything we can to ensure voters in Pennsylvania, a key battleground state, know what’s at stake and have what they need to cast their ballots this November.
Will you help us continue to expand the Pennsylvania electorate, centering Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, immigrant communities, and the youth (17-35-year-olds) and fight for our freedoms by rushing $25 or more today?
