I Want Your Feedback - Trump Verdict
A few weeks ago, in a blow to judicial confidence, President Donald Trump was convicted by a New York City court and liberal prosecutors.
The Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg who brought this case to trial has openly talked about the fact he has “investigated Trump and his children” and “sued the Trump administration more than 100 times.” Not to mention, Mr. Bragg's case in court, in part, relied on the testimony of Michael Cohen, who has been disbarred and convicted of lying to Congress.
I am incredibly disappointed by the verdict in President Trump's case and believe Congress should do all it can to hold bad faith actors in the case accountable, starting with District Attorney Bragg.
The Judiciary Committee held a hearing last week, and plans to hold more in the future, to examine Alvin Bragg's alleged weaponized prosecution of President Trump. I want to know what you think...
Do you think the Judiciary Committee should investigate Alvin Bragg's handling of President Trump's case?
Sincerely,
Scott Fitzgerald Member of Congress
