You know President Trump was found guilty of 34 phony felonies a short time ago.
And you know Judge Juan Merchan outrageously trampled on President Trump’s rights to due process and a fair trial.
Well, there’s more.
Judge Merchan didn’t just display an unethical bias and judicial intemperance.
His daughter had a financial interest in the case – a direct violation of the New York Code of Judicial Conduct!
Two major Democratic clients of Loren Merchan have raised at least $93 million in campaign donations – and used the case in their solicitation emails – proving that Judge Merchan has a clear-cut conflict of interest in this case.
Well, I’m not letting Judge Merchan get away with it.
I’ve filed a judicial complaint with the New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct, calling for severe sanctions against Judge Merchan. And I want him banned from judging any cases involving President Trump ever again.
The Commission isn’t all bark and no bite, either:
“If the Commission determines that disciplinary action is warranted, it may render a public determination to admonish or censure the judge, to remove the judge from office or to retire the judge for disability.“
That’s right, they could throw Judge Merchan off the bench for good.
