Dear John,

Our nation's founding values are being tested and tried to a degree perhaps unrivaled in our history.

Consider our culture's rejection of the belief that human beings are created male and female -- a biblical principle (Genesis 1:27) and biological reality that's backed up by science.

Since taking office, the Biden administration has been doggedly attempting to rewrite Title IX, an important civil rights law that protects against sex discrimination in schools and educational programs that receive federal funding.

On April 19, the Biden administration revealed its plans for a regulatory overhaul of Title IX. The U.S. Department of Education is set to usher in the changes on August 1.

Under these changes, educational institutions will be required to acknowledge, affirm, and comply with students' professed gender identities -- regardless of what personal or religious beliefs the school, its employees, or other students might hold -- or risk losing their federal funding.

By attempting to reinterpret Title IX's protections to include gender identity, the Biden administration would be erasing female-only spaces and putting women in danger. The same women whose rights Title IX was originally created to protect.

Thankfully, the administration's obsessive push for radical LGBTQ+ policies in every nook and cranny of society has met crucial roadblocks in states across America.

Last week, two District Judges ruled against Biden's proposed Title IX changes, blocking the new rule from going into effect in Texas, Louisiana, Idaho, Mississippi, and Montana.

In one of the orders, U.S. District Judge, Terry A. Doughty, stated that "The Court finds that the term 'sex discrimination' only included discrimination against biological males and females at the time of enactment" and called the Biden administration's new rule an "abuse of power."

But it didn't stop there.

Yesterday, another federal judge followed suit, adding Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia to the growing list of states where the Department of Education's unlawful attempt to redefine sex to include gender identity has been stopped!

Although these are great victories, we cannot afford to ease up, because evil never rests.

Given the administration's track record, we can be sure that it will not simply change course. It will find new ways to continue its leftward march.

We must ensure the Biden administration can never unilaterally redefine man and woman or force gender ideology into the law.

FRC has always stood on the truth of God's Word and declared its relevance for our society. Together, we can push back against this attempt at indoctrination and expose what the Biden administration is trying to do.

Will you give today to help us meet our $5 million goal by June 30? Any donation you give today will be DOUBLED thanks to generous friends of FRC.

But women aren't the only ones under fire. The LGBTQ+ agenda has done everything it can to erase and demonize biblical manhood, too.

Just look at the most recent events surrounding the Boy Scouts of America's (BSA) decision to rebrand and change its name to "Scouting America."

Removing the word "Boy" from Scouts might seem trivial, but as FRC warned for years, it's a commentary on our culture's compromise and rejection of truth.

BSA was once a respected organization that trained the next generation of boys to become men, but no longer. "Scouting America" is just one of many American institutions that have been hollowed out as the Left used them to capture the minds of our children with its woke ideology.

What happened with the Boy Scouts did not happen overnight. As it is with all moral compromise, the BSA caved to the Left's agenda gradually over time.

FRC recognized this danger early on when the Boy Scouts first voted to allow gay members in 2013. That's why we gathered with other leaders in Kentucky in 2013 to help create and launch Trail Life USA, a faith-based organization with the mission of developing godly character traits in boys and young men.

In 2020, BSA filed for bankruptcy. Contrast that with Trail Life USA, which has 55,000+ members across all 50 states and continues to grow. Their largest troop is tied to Pastor Jack Hibbs' church, Calvary Chapel Chino Hills, an FRC partner church.

Trail Life USA is just one example of how FRC is creating solutions and not just commenting on the chaos of our culture from afar.

We are equipping families, churches, and ministries to defend the faith in regard to God's design for human sexuality through our:

The Boy Scouts and many other declining institutions and organizations in this country stand as a prophetic reminder of the cost of moral compromise.

While the rest of the world may compromise, at FRC, by God's grace and power, we will continue standing on the Word of God.

God's Word emphasizes that "we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places" (Ephesians 6:12).

The truth about human sexuality is only going to continue deteriorating until Bible-believing Christians who care about God's design of male and female stand together for truth and defend the faith.

Will we continue to allow radical progressive ideas to corrupt and distort the truth about human sexuality? Or will we stand up for the truth and defend the faith together?

When we take a stand for freedom and truth, we can truly make a pivotal difference!
