Here are some of our victories in prevention:

👉Facebook/Meta

blurred nudity in direct messages to minors

👉Pornhub

required to put notice of our class action lawsuit on their website. The class action gives victims of child sexual abuse material the right to receive compensation

👉XVideos

sued by a child sexual abuse survivor, Jane Doe represented by the NCOSE Law Center. Jane Doe won her appeal in January which sets a

binding precedent, 

allowing foreign companies to be held accountable in the United States

👉YouTube, Google, Linkedin, and Apple 

removed and banned the promotion of

nudifying apps. 

Together, we are compelling change among major tech corporations whose products are used by hundreds of millions of children. We are changing laws that impact the entire country and beyond. We are pursuing precedent-setting lawsuits that will bind the hands of sexual exploiters for decades to come.
