The Tories are going to open their war chest soon. We must prepare before it’s too late.

John xxxxxx -

We need to tell you something. History shows us that the Tories are preparing to mount an offensive that will pose a massive risk to our campaign to change Britain for the better. Allow us to explain.

There are three things you need to know:

  1. One third of voters will decide who they’re voting for in the final week of the campaign.
  2. In the last general election, the Tories’ online advertising spend went through the roof at the end of the campaign.
  3. This year, Rishi Sunak almost doubled election spending limits.

See what they’re up to? In 2023 alone, the Tories outraised Labour by £17 million.

In the last seven days of this campaign, when one third of voters still haven’t made up their minds, they will unleash their war chest in a way we haven’t seen before.

Hard working Labour candidates are going to be hit by a wave of attack ads.

This strategy gives the Tories a real chance to tighten the polls and threaten our path to a Labour government with a clear mandate for change.

So we cannot let up or risk stumbling now. When they pull this stunt, we have to raise the funds necessary to outflank them. Every time they put a baseless attack on Labour in front of an undecided voter, we need to put our positive vision for change in front of the same voter twice.

Please make a contribution — whether it’s £5, £50 or more — to help us keep up the pace. We’ll put it to work straight away to mobilise the voters we need to win.
