Not when an upcoming case about abortion care in emergency rooms remains on the docket.

Not when Justice Samuel Alito said that political compromise is deeply challenging and agreed that we need to “return our country to a place of godliness.”

john, in recent years, the far-right activism on the Supreme Court bench has ripped away the rights of millions of women in this country. We can’t afford to wait for them to restrict abortion access even further — we need to take action in the Senate.
