Dear Friends,
In our fight for a just and equitable future, we face an uphill battle against powerful forces. Groups likeAIPAC have pledged $100 million ([link removed]) to defeat progressive candidates across the country, starting right here in CA-34. They have already funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars into the campaign of my opponent, Jimmy Gomez. This dark money is aimed at silencing our movement and maintaining the status quo.
But we won’t let them. Our campaign is built on the strength of our community and our collective resolve to create real change. To counter their influence, we need to out-organize and out-mobilize, focusing on connections with our neighbors. This weekend is a crucial step in our journey, and I’m inviting you to join me for two important events.
Canvassing
On Saturday and Sunday, we’ll be hitting the streets to knock on doors and spread our message of hope and progress. Your participation is vital to building the momentum we need to overcome the corporate-backed interests trying to drown out our voices.
