I’m always working to ensure everyone feels welcome in our state.

As extreme Republicans continue to introduce bills that vilify members of the LGBTQ+ community, and specifically target trans and non-binary youth, I’ve stopped these attacks by vetoing every hateful piece of legislation.

But I know that’s not enough, and that’s why today, I’m proud to share three executive orders I’ve issued to support LGBTQ+ Arizonans:

• The first ensures that all state agencies and contractors have equal protections for LGBTQ+ employees.


• The second allows state employees to receive gender-affirming health care.


• The third bans the dangerous and discredited practice of conversion therapy.
