Team, there are just hours left until our midnight fundraising deadline – but we're still falling short of our $100,000 goal. Can I take just a minute to explain why closing this budget gap is so important?
* Analysts at FiveThirtyEight say that the GOP has “a clear path” to retaking the Senate majority – and it could all come down to Nevada.
* In Nevada's last Senate race, Mitch McConnell and his allies spent over $55 million to flip Nevada red – and they nearly succeeded. But thanks to people like you, Democrats won by less than 8,000 votes.
* That's why we have zero room for error. The Washington Post reports that I'm one of the most vulnerable senators up for reelection, and the GOP is coming after me as a top target for defeat. They know that winning this battleground seat is KEY to winning Senate control.
