We ask a lot for donations, so we wanted to talk a bit about where that money goes in the hopes it will inspire you to give again today to help elect Democrats.

Yes, we are going to spend money to defeat Donald Trump and elect a Democratic House and Senate. But what about the donations people have already made? Here are three examples:

The DNC spent more than $3 million to help Kentucky elect a Democratic governor last fall.

We spent $1.2 million to help Wisconsin Democrats elect a Democratic state Supreme Court for the first time in 15 years.

We spent almost $1.5 million to help Democrats hold a majority in the Wisconsin state Senate.

The point is, when you donate to the DNC we are putting your donation to work to elect Democrats everywhere, up and down the ballot. And that doesn't happen without your support.

So with a presidential election and control of the House and Senate at stake, we're asking:
