My name is Tim Walsh. I’m a combat veteran who served for 12 years including in the First Gulf War, so I hope you’ll take just thirty seconds to read this.



I want to introduce you to Dave McCormick.



I was Dave’s company commander in Iraq. He was my right hand guy. When I tell you I would trust him with my life… I can speak literally. Our mission was to cross into Iraq to destroy enemy minefields and weapons.



He graduated from West Point, Ranger School, became a paratrooper, went to war, led 140 men into combat, brought every single one of them home, and received a bronze star. But that doesn’t really tell you who he is…


Dave McCormick was my most trusted officer. He could be depended on to accomplish the mission no matter how hard or difficult it was.



He’d never compromise – ESPECIALLY when it came to the welfare of the men in our unit. In the dangerous situations we faced, giving anything less than your best puts lives in danger. He’d push himself harder than anyone.



So when it comes to finding someone to help us clean up the giant mess in Washington... I don’t think you’ll find anyone better.
