Gearing Up for the 2025 Legislative Session
Summer is here, and it's time to prepare for the 2025 legislative session! I've been working hard to encourage discussions about the issues that must be addressed in Loudoun and across the Commonwealth, but I need your help!
Do you have a problem that needs to be resolved through legislation? Maybe something has come up in your industry, community, school, or it's just something you've been pondering. The best ideas come directly from the people I represent. Over one-third of the bills I introduced in 2024 came from constituents!
Use the button below to send us an email! We will review it and connect with you further.

What's Going Into Effect July 1st?
After the legislative session adjourns, the Governor makes his final decision, and the reconvene session ends, it's time to familiarize yourself with new laws taking effect.
"In Due Course" is a selection of legislation passed during the 2024 Regular Session of the General Assembly, which the Division of Legislative Services believes is most likely to affect the daily lives of the citizens of Virginia. These laws, for the most part, will go into effect on July 1, 2024.
Topics include education, utilities, social services, public safety, employment, and more! To read summaries prepared by the wonderful staff of the Division of Legislative Services who assist with the development of legislation throughout the year, click the button below.

How My Office Can Help You
Navigating state agencies can be confusing and difficult at times. As your delegate, I can help you communicate with state agencies such as the Virginia Employment Commission (VEC), Departments of Taxation, Social Services, Transportation, and more! I can also submit inquiries with those agencies on your behalf and help you engage with the state agency you need. There are limits to what I can do, however. For example, I am unable to expedite cases or force state agencies to favor your inquiry, provide legal advice or recommend a specific attorney, intervene with judicial issues, overturn decisions, or be involved with matters involving private businesses.
Whether you want to bring an issue to my attention, need my office’s assistance, or want to invite me to a community event, please reach out! If there is any way I can assist you, please let me know here: [link removed] [[link removed]]
As always, I am grateful for your ongoing support!
Yours in Service,
