What difference can a day make? As we saw the other day, it can make a world of difference. Although the Worldwide Day of Giving has ended, you still have a chance to be a part of it today by supporting our limited-time Worldwide Day of Giving 2X Match Challenge.
We're so thankful for our community's powerful show of support, but we're just short of our goal. In honor of his mother, Ginger, a former Board member of the Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter has generously pledged to match every gift — up to $50,000 — if we can raise that same amount by midnight tonight. His gift will go toward advancing breakthrough Alzheimer's research.
You're such an important member of our community — a friend who inspires us to keep up the fight to defeat Alzheimer's. We need more friends like you who understand that the number of people living with Alzheimer's is increasing each year and how urgent it is to fight this disease with everything we have.
Expand access to quality care for those who require it and broaden overall support to those living with the disease.
Increase our investment in research to accelerate risk reduction and the development of more effective treatment for Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
Advocate for public policy that will increase federal research funding and support for those impacted by Alzheimer's.
Strengthen diversity, equity and inclusion by addressing barriers that may interfere with members of diverse communities receiving Alzheimer's education, care and support.

In fact, research shows that in 2023, American caregivers provided more than 18 billion hours of unpaid care valued at nearly $350 billion.
