Donald Trump, fresh off of his felony conviction, recently announced to fellow MAGA Republicans that he is looking to expand the electoral map to compete in New Mexico . The Democratic Party of New Mexico is committed to helping elect Biden and keep this state blue, and can’t afford to leave a single stone unturned for Joe Biden’s re-election campaign. The Democratic Party of New Mexico’s success in electing Biden in 2020 was because we were able to put organizers in the field across the state, and we need an even greater organizing effort this cycle. Losing New Mexico would all but ensure Trump gets his pick of Supreme Court justices who would gut voting rights, give the NRA their wish list and continue to restrict abortion access around the county.
Raising critical funds now will help us get organizers in the field this summer to register young, rural, native and first time voters.
