Alert: McGuire Won’t Answer Questions
Appomattox, VA – John McGuire doesn’t like to take questions from voters, and refused to debate Congressman Bob Good. But why won’t he answer what should be an easy one from a friendly radio host about a campaign ad?
John McGuire was asked three times on the John Reid Show if a campaign ad is true and verifiable. McGuire replied, “that’s not my ad”, and then talked about his grandfather’s military service. He refused three times to answer the question. What is he hiding from the voters on the eve of the election?
We honor the service and sacrifice of our service members, including the service of John McGuire, but the voters deserve to know if he stands behind a campaign ad that has been run for weeks at a cost of hundreds of thousands of dollars to try to persuade voters to support him. The voters of the 5th District deserve to know.
