This week, we learned that two former OAH leaders have passed away.
Chief Judge Duane Harves
OAH’s first Chief Judge, Duane Harves, passed away on June 8. He served two terms as Chief Judge from 1976 until 1988, when he was appointed as a district court judge. A celebration of life will be held at First Memorial Funeral Chapel, 7110 France Avenue South, Edina, at 2pm, on Thursday June 20. Read Judge Harves’ obituary. [ [link removed] ]

*Assistant Chief Judge Bruce Johnson*
Former Assistant Chief Judge Bruce Johnson passed away on June 10. He served as an Administrative Law Judge for more than 14 years, and continued on as a contract judge after his retirement.
