The Biden Administration has weaponized the Department of Justice against us, filing lawsuit after lawsuit to obstruct Texas’ historic border security efforts. Most recently, Joe Biden is demanding the courts BLOCK a crucial border security law authorizing Texas law enforcement to arrest illegal immigrants who enter our state.
Under Biden’s failed leadership, MILLIONS of illegal immigrants have entered our country. Texas continues to utilize all available tools and strategies to enforce border security—even as President Biden attacks our efforts.

This law is CRUCIAL in our efforts to protect our communities, deter and repel illegal immigration, and combat the flow of deadly drugs and violent crime amid the unprecedented open border crisis at our southern border.
