Actions count more than words, John. The Republican National Committee (RNC) and their presidential nominee, Donald Trump, have recently publicly encouraged the use of mail-in ballots. In private, however, they keep filing lawsuits to limit their use.
The RNC, the Trump campaign, and the Nevada Republican Party recently filed a new lawsuit challenging Nevada’s procedures for accepting mail-in ballots. Nevada law states that ballots can be counted if they are received in the four days after Election Day. This lawsuit, however, seeks to "stop the count" and undo that process, especially for ballots that are dropped off in-person and not postmarked.
Mail-in ballot laws are under attack in Nevada and other key states across the country. Defend our mail-in ballots by pitching in $25 or whatever you can today to make sure every vote counts >> |

Integrity First Voter Action Project is dedicated to expanding ballot access and increasing voter participation across the country.
Since the Supreme Court gutted key provisions in the Voting Rights Act, extreme politicians have taken advantage to pass harsh laws that restrict access to the ballot box. These restrictions particularly affect disadvantaged communities and people of color. It’s our goal to bring awareness to these laws wherever they may crop up and organize voters to take action to ensure the right to vote is available to everyone in their states and communities.
Your support is crucial to our efforts. Will you donate today to help us protect voting rights? |
