It’s Patrick DePoe, and I’m running to be the Commissioner of Public Lands in Washington State.
If elected, I would be the first Native American to serve in a statewide office in Washington, the Pacific Northwest – and one of the first in American history.
I have worked as a commercial fisherman, as a land manager, skippered a 110-foot boat to clean up oil spills, and led preventative work to make our forests more resilient to wildfires and the effects of climate change.
I’m running to protect all that is great about our state, its lands, and the people they sustain. My opponents are backed by special interests and raised more than us last month. We still need to raise $4,255 by the end of this Tuesday to stay in this race, can you contribute today?
If you've stored your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will process immediately.
I am not a career politician, I do not have the same financial backing and political connections that my opponents have. But, I have you, and your support has been the reason we’ve gotten this far. I also have first-hand experience that has shown me how public policy and actions our state and federal governments take impact our environment and livelihoods.
I’m ready to bring new energy and experience to the Washington Statewide offices and am committed to maintaining and conserving the natural resources that our remarkable State provides.
I’m counting on supporters like you to help build a powerful grassroots movement. Will you rush a donation before our fundraising deadline this Tuesday?
This will be a highly competitive race, but I know with your support I can run a winning campaign.
Let’s make history together.
