I'll be honest, I was nervous about our fundraising numbers over the past few days.

After we learned the campaign arm of the Senate Republicans plan to spend big in Iowa, I knew we'd need our grassroots team to step up so we could fight back.

Thanks to the outpouring of support from folks like you, we were able to hit our mid-month goal.

But we still have a lot of work to do. Our race is a top priority for national Republicans because they know the Senate majority hinges on what happens here in Iowa. They're willing to do -- and spend -- whatever it takes to defeat us.
