After Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell stacked the court with conservative justices who rule with partisanship in mind, it’s more important than ever before that we add more justices and unstack the courts.

And with recent stories about Justice Samuel Alito flying far-right flags in his front yard and saying compromise on the bench is near impossible, there is a crisis in the courts that must be addressed.
