John,
Quebec premier François Legault said this week that
his government will consider welcoming fewer immigrants in the
province to offset the rise in joblessness.
That’s
just one more sensible reason to get back to more sustainable
immigration levels.
There are many others. I discussed them last year when I announced the PPC
platform on immigration and multiculturalism.
It’s true
that there were manpower shortages in some sectors until recently.
That’s why I always said we must have a higher proportion of
skilled economic immigrants, and fewer dependents.
But
now, with unemployment skyrocketing, the shortages are gone.
We will obviously need fewer economic immigrants.
We
don’t know how long this crisis will last.
But one
thing is certain: We should give priority to Canadian workers looking
for a job.
John, the whole Canadian globalist
establishment has been pushing for higher immigration levels.
Including the so-called “Conservative” Party.
The
Liberal government hasn’t said anything about reviewing its
immigration targets for the whole country.
If you can afford it in these difficult times,
please support the only party that will push for lower immigration
levels with a $2 donation today.
Many
thanks,
-Max
