Trump and the RNC’s fundraising numbers -- $141 million in the month of May alone -- make this a make-or-break moment for Democrats in this election.

It’s a moment that reminds me of Bobby Kennedy’s eulogy of his brother, President John F. Kennedy, at the Democratic convention.

Bobby Kennedy said that JFK would have never been able to accomplish any of what he did without the support of all of you -- the Democratic Party.

He said that when we’re in it together, we can accomplish a great deal.

That's true in helping President Biden defeat Donald Trump; it's true in electing Democrats up and down the ballot; and it's true when it comes to continuing the progress of the last several years.

Making sure we can close the fundraising gap on Trump and the RNC is a critical task. A top priority. But it will take all of us coming together to get it done. It will take a party. The Democratic Party.
