America is a country that does have a rich history of political violence. The response to the guilty verdict was immediate. I think you used the correct description of "unhinged." To people that were going to vote for Trump already, that are solid voters for Trump,I seriously doubt that this verdict changed any of their minds. In fact, all the evidence is to the contrary. Did it harden their position? What is the potential for another event like January 6? Going forward it's really important to examine.
