John,

I thought you might be interested to hear about all the exciting changes that have been happening at the PPC headquarter in the past few weeks.

We now have a larger team, with experienced and dedicated people who will be able to offer more services to our volunteers in local associations across the country.

Here are the four major changes we’ve made to staffing:

1. Nathan McMillan has assumed the role of Executive Director from Daniel Tyrie.

Nathan is a political strategist, campaign manager, and training consultant. With over two-decades of experience, he has helped elect candidates at all three levels of government.

In 2018 he founded Campaign Desk Inc., a one-stop shop providing strategy, communications and campaign support to the political and non-profit sectors.

Nathan joined the PPC staff in 2021 as Chief Information Officer responsible for tech, data, and training.

“The expectation from our candidates and members is clear,” said Nathan. “That we continue building this organization from coast-to-coast while equipping them with the resources necessary to mount an effective opposition to the Liberal-NDP-Conservative 'uniparty'. I look forward to hearing from our members directly on how we can better work together.”

2. Evy Lacroix has been hired as Project Coordinator.

Evy joined the PPC during the 2019 elections to support as campaign manager to her local candidate and later assumed the role of CEO within her local association. In this capacity, she successfully expanded the association's structure through numerous effective events and fundraising efforts.

Evy also undertook various short-term contracts with PPC HQ, including candidate vetting, association mergers, and her most recent role as National Conference Coordinator.

Having raised five children, Evy honed her skills in coordination and negotiation, which will be invaluable in her new objective: facilitating improved and consistent communication between HQ and its associations.

3. After a year’s absence, Travis Morris is back in the team as Compliance Manager.

Travis became involved with the PPC during the party's inception in 2018 by becoming a key organizer in the London and Midwestern Ontario regions.

He joined PPC HQ as an administrative assistant in 2020 and later served as Director of Internal Operations for two years.

As Compliance Manager, his mission will be to help the Party’s national team and local associations fulfill their numerous legal and financial obligations required by Elections Canada, so as to be better equipped to provide a strong alternative at the next election.

4. Adrian Dzikowski has been promoted to National Director of Operations & Strategy.

Adrian's professional experience in strategic planning, process improvement, and organizational development will be instrumental in propelling our national operations forward.

In this new role, he will oversee all aspects of our national organization, ensuring efficient workflows and alignment with the party's strategic goals.

Adrian will also be instrumental in developing a comprehensive candidate management framework, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and evaluating plans and proposals through a meritocratic system.

He is committed to fostering a collaborative environment where everyone feels comfortable accessing his expertise and guidance.

John, with these changes, and the contribution from our other full- and part-time staffers, we now have a larger and strengthened team that will be better able to face the many challenges of building a young party.

What we still need to ensure the success of this endeavour is YOUR SUPPORT.

Because let’s face it: Without the generous donations from our members, we simply have no means to pay our staff, organize events across the country, buy advertisement, or manage an election campaign.

John, please show your support to our dedicated staff by donating $100, or only $10 if that’s all you can afford today. <[link removed]>

Every amount is important, and every donation is very much appreciated!

Thank you!
-Max
