I couldn’t resist. Wishing a very happy Father's Day to all the jokesters out there just trying to make their kids laugh, and especially to my dad Al, who’s taught me so much throughout my life.

I always say that I've had a lot of jobs over the years, but being a dad will never stop being my favorite.

Back in 2016, I earned the nickname “America’s Dad,” and I’m always proud of it — after all, looking out for kids (and adults!) all around the country and trying to make sure everyone has the opportunity to build a thriving life for themselves is why I do this work.

Under the leadership of President Biden and Vice President Harris, we've come a long way — from lowering costs and creating jobs, to building more roads and bridges, to passing the first meaningful gun safety legislation in decades. But we all know that we still have so much more left to do.
