Katie Porter is one of the most effective progressive champs we have in
Washington.

But this November, she’s facing one of the toughest races in the country,
running for reelection in an Orange County district that was once thought
unwinnable for Democrats.

Katie is the first Democrat ever to win her congressional district.
Republicans hold a ten-point registration edge in her district, and the
district has gone for six of the last eight Republican presidential
candidates.(1)

Now Republicans are getting ready to spend millions on attack ads to smear
Katie’s record, and we need to have her back.

health-care workers on the front lines of the COVID pandemic.

Katie is one of the true heroes to emerge from the coronavirus crisis, but
because her district is so closely balanced between the parties,

that the super PACS that spent millions against her in 2018 are returning
with a vengeance.(3)
