Dr. Geetha joins me to discuss the changing age rates of depression, and how other fields of medicine have improved, but the mental health has deteriorated. She also details how mental health issues are compounded through ideas like thinking you should be something or like someone else vs. who you really are. Dr. Geetha then discussed her personal experience with that thinking and offers a special Father’s Day message to all dads.
