Dear Friend,

Today, we honor the fathers, grandfathers and all the special
men who have made an impact in our lives.

We're especially grateful to those
who've served as Alzheimer's disease caregivers for loved ones, those
who've been unwavering in their support, those who are living with
Alzheimer's and those we have lost to the disease. We will always
honor and cherish them.

We understand that Father's Day can be
a difficult time for those who've experienced loss, as well as for
those who may be caregivers to their fathers and other loved ones. If
you're thinking of such a father figure in your life today, our hearts
are with you.

If you need support today, or any day,
you can reach us at our free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900) or find
online resources at alz.org, like our

The sad fact of the matter is that
more than 2.5 million men 65 and older are living with Alzheimer's in
the United States, and millions more are at risk. That's why we're
dedicated to helping the millions of people impacted by Alzheimer's by
providing care and support and advancing research toward methods of
treatment, prevention and, ultimately, a cure.

Thanks to the support of our
community, we're able to:

* Provide care and support to individuals and the more than 11
million Americans providing unpaid care for people living with
Alzheimer's, including our free 24/7 Helpline, care
consultations, support groups and more. Our website, alz.org,
guides caregivers to educational programs and care resources
- not to mention the latest updates on promising research.

* Drive scientific progress through our current investment in more
than 1,100 active best-of-field projects in 56 countries -
including new strategies for earlier diagnosis.
* Advocate for public policy that will increase federal research
funding and support those impacted by Alzheimer's.

For fathers and families everywhere,
we vow to keep up the fight until there's a cure for Alzheimer's. Your
determination helps further our mission to lead the way to end
Alzheimer's and all other dementia - by accelerating global
research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing
quality care and support.

Thank you to all the amazing men in
our lives - especially those we call dad. And thank you for your
commitment in the fight against Alzheimer's.

Gratefully,

Michael Reich

P.S. I hope you'll commemorate
Father's Day with a special gift to honor a father, grandfather or
other special man in your life while your contribution can go 2X as
far. A former Board member of the Massachusetts/New Hampshire Chapter
has pledged to match every gift 2X - up to $50,000 - to
advance Alzheimer's research efforts, if we can raise that same amount
by June 17. That means your generous contribution today can make
TWICE the impact to provide care and support and accelerate research.
