JOHN,
Swing and a miss for Democrats—AGAIN!
This year’s Congressional Baseball Game was another one for the books, complete with crazy Left-wing protesters storming the field to hoot and holler about climate change. Their antics may have been loud, but they didn’t rattle our cages.
Despite the raucous nonsense, Republicans were laser focused. The Democrats managed to pull ahead in the second inning for a hot second, but we came roaring back quickly with nine runs across the third and fourth innings, and the rest was just gravy. We brought home a W for the fourth year in a row with a final score of 31-11.
This event is something I look forward to every year—and not just because it gives Republicans a chance for a little camaraderie as we smoke Democrats on the diamond. The game also allows us all to reach across the aisle for a good cause. We knocked it out of the park this year by raising an impressive $2.2 million for local charities.
From the crack of the bat to the roar of the crowd, the Congressional Baseball Game is always one of the highlights of my year, so here’s to another victory for the Right!
Sincerely,
