After the Dobbs decision, Virginia has become the last bastion in the South for protecting reproductive freedom — thanks to our Democratic-held General Assembly.

Already, Virginia clinics have seen a sharp increase in out-of-state patients who have been forced to travel across state lines to receive the care they need.

As extreme politicians across the country seek to pass further restrictions on family planning, reproductive healthcare, contraception, and more, we must make sure that reproductive care remains safe and accessible across Virginia.

That means protecting both patients and providers and keeping these personal decisions between patients and their medical providers, not extreme politicians or judges.
